Unexpected warmth from the staff

The staff made our stay delightful by greeting us with genuine smiles and accommodating requests, especially during breakfast when Teresa and Andrea were extraordinarily attentive.

Unfortunately, the room had a musty odor upon arrival, which was quite unsightly and detracted from the overall comfort during our two-night stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and perfect for our large family, allowing everyone to spread out comfortably. We loved visiting the nearby Cincinnati Zoo, which provided a fun outing for all ages, including my sister.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly snacks available.
